If fish had legs…it sounds like a topic for philosophical discussion. While it is true that Charles Darwin believed that amphibians evolved from fish and, therefore, could be considered to be fish with legs, it is generally accepted that fish do not have legs. Their transportation is a combination of water displacement and buoyancy.
